CHILDREN AND GUESTS

No children or guests may be brought to your appointment. Due to the nature of services, children are not allowed in the treatment room, and may not be left unattended in the hallway. 

CANCELLATIONS

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge when at least 48 hours notice is provided. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost directly to the card on file. No shows will be charged at 100% of the service co

SICK / FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of mine and other clients, please do not come to your appointment sick, or your appointment may be cut short or canceled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance for last-minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. There are NO exceptions for no-shows, this only applies to late cancellations.

OUTSIDE WORK

If you currently have eyelash extensions on from somewhere other than Lashness Studio and want them filled, please schedule a complimentary consultation so I can evaluate your current extensions. It's always a possibility I may not be able to work over the lashes you have, and suggest a removal and full set instead. Scheduling a consultation helps you avoid a cancellation fee should I not be able to fill the lashes at your fill. Clients from elsewhere are still subject to the requirement of getting a fill within 3 weeks of your last appointment with your previous artist.
